I used @deno.land to build a prototype and it's awesome! I was able to reuse a lot of typescript code from a related project with minimal tweaks—mostly to avoid large npm package imports. Highly recommended

We’ve submitted a formal petition to cancel the JavaScript trademark: it is generic, Oracle has abandoned it, and Oracle committed fraud on the USPTO during the last trademark renewal.
