SpaceX appears to be targeting Friday February 28th for the next flight of Starship. As of writing Starship is still grounded by the FAA following the IFT-7 explosion, which saw a significant debris fall on multiple Caribbean islands.

Another NASA workforce update. The 5% figure taking the buyout would translate to about 900 employees (one number I've heard is 920). Also, "probationary [employee] separations will be performance-based or voluntary in accordance with agency policy."
