Rosé d'Anjou is made primarily from a grape called "Grolleau." WTF is Grolleau, you ask? The name actually comes from the French word for "crow" because the berries are famously dark black.

One of the coolest things about Sherry is the "Solera" system. It is a way of aging wine where barrels are stacked in rows. New wine goes in the top and finished wine comes out the bottom. A tiny drop of wine from the very first year is still there. Probably.
