Found out that the Thanksgiving turkey (the twins across the street are hosting) came from the property manager who heard they will be cooking for a bunch of peeps and wanted to help. Same day she gave food to a disabled neigbor when food stamps were still cut off. I love people. They're so nice.

Y'all my anxiety has been spiking lately, so I've been doing exposure therapy by pushing myself to play Diablo 3 with unfamiliar characters and skills, rushing on the highest difficulty I can handle (always been a casual barrel kicker), while deep breathing lol.

Orange and white cat now taking over the keyboard while making biscuits on any flesh he can, this is indoor trial number 4. He is not thin. He might already be neutered. This is not a feral cat. I've said it before, and I say it again. If you keep your cats outdoors, I WILL steal them.

PLEASE spay and neuter your cats, especially if you let them run around the 'hood. Do not be Brenda down the street who probably just had an outdoor cat have a litter of kittens under her trailer who may have died in the most recent freeze (as in my neighbors no longer hear mews) I might punch her.

Man said yes to I pay half the vet bills :). Orange and white kittiy inside for third time, much less hissy, many more gently closed eyes. Ooops. hissy. Well, okay, that settled quick.

Help, the stray "Probably Freddie's Daddy" (who loves his stray life and is not interested in the indoors, but hangs out in the empty lot, especially since his probable son started hanging out in the window overlooking) has a miniature version! He's half grown, help, too many cats need homes!

Also happy that those white protective things you put on the garden during freezes seem to work, my exposed basil is dead, dead, dead. My tiny basil cuttings and transplants in a newer garden that was covered are still kickin' it.

Heard polite mews under the trailer, got excited thinking it was the female who let me pet her but wouldn't let me bring her in from the other day, but it was a different one who wouldn't approach when I got under the trailer. So glad trailers have a big ol' space under them that can shelter cats.
