Major Petrolhead with head full of anything Automotive. Running hard-working E46 BMW, early Lexus IS200 and Honda Civic FN as daily drivers. Several loved projects on the go.
Going through some ‘stuff’ I’ve collected over the years, and flicked through an old race-day programme from 1986 to see this advert.
How many did they sell? Are there any still out there?

Day 4 of half-term was spent largely travelling. However, still managed to come face to face with a Cave Bear, marvelled at countless beautiful gem stones, witnessed two happy couples who had literally just gotten married and met a friendly dog named Stanley.

3rd day of half-term drawing to a close, been lovely too. A jaunt across The Wicker Man country, a short walk on the beach, a glimpse of Northern Ireland and a lovely little tour of a Hollywood/TV actor owned distillery.

2nd day of half-term almost done. Enjoyed the delights of Lorne sausage, local haggis&a lovely meal to celebrate a 40th anniversary.
Spotted a chap rocking not only double denim, but a cowboy hat too&we happened upon an elderly man laid in the street with a horrible head wound.
Anyway, now the wine.

First full day of the half-term holidays about done.

Seen a man with no ears, another man urinate all over his own mobile phone, and someone drive straight over a set of extension ladders at a healthy 70 mph on the M6.

Anyway, lovely Chinese meal had, a comfy sofa calls.

Whilst MiniGTE is doing her weekly Olga Korbut (one for the teenagers….), I get to enjoy the bloody marvellous Copacetic in relative peace.

So far today I’ve seen a 6ft tall rabbit riding a motorbike, spent an hour cleaning children’s shoes and had a spectacular migraine which left me unable to speak correctly.
Tuesday then.

The time has come. Ruby is for sale.

I’ve spent more than £5k getting her back on the road and in tip-top condition.

Last on the road in the UK. 77k miles. 12 months MOT. Everything has been done.

Sensible offers between £2k-3k.

See what HubNut thought of it below.

*Sigh*
Lazy reporting in a news story regarding cars yet again.
‘Drag races’? Hardly. Drifting and general anti-social, yes, but absolutely no drag racing.

Was in a rush leaving for work at daft o’clock this morning, and grabbed the nearest travel mug for my coffee, my wife’s.
So today’s caffeine intake has been provided by Chappell Roan’s Number One best seller hit song……. ‘Pink Travel Mug’.
