James Marape, Prime Minister of Papua New Guniea, is in town for a state visit.

We should be building closer relationships with countries like PNG so this is welcome.

How is this real
American war planning usually takes place in highly secure facilities. But the Trump administration planned its strikes on the Houthis using a group chat—and accidentally included The Atlantic’s editor in chief, Jeffrey Goldberg. theatln.tc/IuULQFiY
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

First up is the "umbrella categories" I've been keeping track of distinctions like ebike/pushbike or bus/busway but combining them all together this is the general picture.

Absolutely get fucked with this "pipes before cycleways" framing.

Have you _seen_ what roads cost to build and maintain?

Getting people out of cars would save so much fucking money we could have gold water pipes that never corrode.
