Most plastics are not recyclable, largely because there is no market for materials labeled 3 through 7.

I believe this is real and the caption is really what transpired in which the LAPD knocked a homeless woman over and caused her to hit her head and go unconscious, moved her to the sidewalk, then just left. They all left her to bleed. Where is the humanity in this gesture?
