While she I very not smart, this is deliberate. This is deliberately pushing do "Constitutional" means "Whatever El Presidente Trump says is Constitutional".

Trump and the Maga, with no noticeable opposition from the wetter than a fishes wet bits Democrats, are definitely intent on annexing Canada.
It's a pity we have to rely on a foreign politician to speak plainly about what a lying, conniving menace Donald Trump is, as our own politicians and media apparently think it's a bit rude to be honest.
Trudeau: "He talked about banking again today in a tweet, which doesn't make any sense because 16 banks are currently active in Canada holding about $113b worth of assets in this country... what he wants is to see a total collapse of the Canadian economy, because that'll make it easier to annex us."

They gave one to Henry Kissinger, do, you know, if they gave one to the guy who forced the Khmer Rouge on Cambodia then the Nobel Peace Prize is worthless. Not saying Trump should get one, but they aren't exactly shy about giving them to dictators and genocidal butchers.
And I will nominate my dog, who has never appeared in a motion picture, for an Academy Award. No one deserves it more.
