Hardest: anything transitiony at all, I just do NOT have the knack for knowing when/how to skip ahead or describe a change in scene.
Easiest: hmmm maybe telling on myself but anything violent 😬😶not necessarily fight scenes but yeah vicious stuff 👊

What scenes are the hardest and easiest for you to write?
Hardest for me: Drawn out battle scenes. Takes me forever to write because I'm trying to keep the action going.
Easiest: Dialogue. I trained on Gilmore Girls, Tolkien and Buffy lmao. Dialogue is my jam.

Sometimes I wonder if our many years of jokes about writers hating writing and doing anything but writing, etc, have convinced people that the writing part is the hurdle and the goal is just to have a thing in hand. But I am here to tell you: the writing is the best part. The act is the thing.
