whenever I'm going through an intrinsic turmoil, recognising and identifying my feelings really does help me subdue my pain. What am I feeling? and whenever I do not wanna acknowledge what I'm feeling, the question then becmes:why am I in denial? keeps me from being delusional in problem solving.

People obsessed with climbing the social hierarchy at any cost consciousnessly look to "one up" individuals that may be the object of their envy. Though this may look more advantageous for them than the target in question, the target is the determiner of how the story ends....

Saying that the LGBQT community should be accepted and well intergrated into society while under the same breath labelling some individuals as bastards or illegitimates should be illegal because it is what drives us into unnecessary social divide hence doing more damage than good to humanity.

I know it's a busy world but at some point, you're gonna need to pause . Stop. retrace your steps... especially if you find that you're slowly deteriorating,in whatever aspect of your life. Be gentle towards your mental wellbeing. Take the necessary steps towards regrouping yourself...with much care

Looking back to the days when I used to journal my feelings. I had more privacy , the effect of foes did not have much influence over me and my investment on creating artwork was in par. Taking it back there! I deserve that.
