My leadership training take away that I cannot shake is to express more gratitude.
So much of social media infuriates me and I wish I had capacity to create more change.

In undergrad, I wrote a ton of songs. I was able to record four of them live at Interlochen Public Radio and I called that the “IPR demo” and then I self recorded an EP called “The Old World” - they are out there streaming and digitally on Bandcamp.
