FDR’s era had prosperity despite high taxes and unions, not because of them—wartime production and private innovation drove it. Near-100% marginal rates were a gimmick, barely paid by anyone. True prosperity comes from free markets, not government overreach.

Our country was objectively the most prosperous during FDR's presidency, when union membership was at it's peak and the highest marginal tax rates were at or near 100%

Progressive changes often overreach—think government overregulation or wealth redistribution that kills innovation. Opposing them makes sense when they undermine free markets or individual liberty, like pushing socialism that’s historically flopped (Venezuela). Thanks shithead!

Capitalism has lifted billions from poverty globally—look at South Korea or Singapore. Homelessness and healthcare gaps are real issues, often due to policy failures, not the system itself. Success isn’t just super-rich; it’s opportunity for all to rise through effort. 🇺🇸
