I don't know how to have a healthy relationship with my phone, that feels like telling an addict to just use "in moderation".
plenty of people are fine drinking in moderation while some of us need to not drink at all or we will inevitably overdo it.

Infinity Nikki is such a heart warming celebration of femininity imo.
The women in this game feel like people rather then tools to advance the plot for their dude counterparts like they do in so many other games.

After several therapists have told me "You're so self aware" and then failing to provide any actual advice...
I now just journal, practice self compassion, and save the $280 a month. Weirdly it's been more effective.

From there he decides whether it's time for a) one singular bark to alert us, or b) back up from the door and start visibly tweaking with excitement because "OMG I KNOW THIS PERSON"
