How common is recurr cholangitis after Whipple/HJ without HJ-stenosis (NSC)? Treatment?

🔑 4.2% of 1179 pts with HJ developed NSC
🔑 'step-up approach' = resolution of NSC in 15pts (30%) and reduction of NSC in additional 21pts (42%).
🔑 ✅ UDCA +stopping PPI

Effective leaders need core competencies and experience (e.g. funds flow, managing PnLs, fund raising, managing conflict, recruiting).... if someone had an example demonstrating their ability in those domains, I'd be way more interested than someone with an additional degree.
Physician leadership programs, MBAs, etc. are everywhere…what’s their success rate in great leaders?
