One of my coworkers is praising the #ICEraids because "they're not deporting moms and dads, they're deporting violent criminals". I can't find a single source for that and said she got it from "reading the news". But he released a bunch of actually violent criminals and that was ok? #rascism

The police came to our school today. They wanted to make a plan with the principal in case of an #ICE raid which they warned could happen any time now. The NJEA had to send out an email giving us resources for what to expect and what support we could give the children. #fascism #fucktrump

Looking to escape all things #Meta! What alternative apps are out or soon to be out for #Facebook and #Instagram? I know about Flashes (is it made by Bluesky?) but I have yet to come across one like FB that might have a chance to become popular.

I remember messaging my friends mid-way through Biden's presidency saying I'm worried about how little news there is about Trump, what is he doing while the spotlight is elsewhere? Now we're back in the thick of it and all the evil plans are revealed, I'm realizing the nightmare I had then was real
