Decided to use the snow day to rebase some older projects that I haven't taken new pics on in ages. A Reaper Bones eye beast and a trio of Tyranid spore mines that have gotten used as various beasties over the years

Just finished a project I've been wanting to do for a long time. This is Dorathi Bloodgaze, also known as Curse-Eye. She's a converted Slaughter Queen based on a character I have played in RPGs and used as a basis for video game avatars, etc. So happy to have this finally accomplished!

I picked up some 3D printed infantry to replace the Clan Infantry counters in Scouring Sands from a company called AfterDark Prints. There was an issue with the order originally so these are the replacements and they threw in a helicopter with way too many rotors as a bonus. Savage Wolf for scale.

First Scouring Sands sortie is on the books. Managed a win but it was a pyrrhic victory. I managed to scan the enemy at close range but got hammered and my repairs put my earnings in the negative. But no one died and I didn't lose any mechs so that's something.

I haven't had occasion to add to my Battletech mercenaries in a while but after adding my usual mech loadout to my Scouring Sands roster, I had some points to spare so I added a Manticore to my Shadowstar Company.

I'm closing in on my third fully painted Chorf model and before I base that guy I decided to revisit my earlier basing scheme. I wasn't happy with it to begin with and after creating my desolation marked, even less. So I decided to redo my bases closer to that monochrome ash look and I'm loving it.

It's been a while since I've had a good game of WarCry. Took my Soulblights out to try out the new matched play rules. I won the game and my vampires are no longer thirsty.
