I rarely ever commemorate it on the day, I think, but every January comes the time when I first listened to Golden Rules for Golden People (January 4th, specifically), and that was (obviously) a super important moment in my life, but I don't exactly recall it as a positive, necessarily

when you are lonely you have got to message people. when you are feeling like people only tolerate you, or that they are mean behind your back, you have got to help foster trust by pushing past the discomfort of being known or seeming "needy" by discussing you feel this way with them.
