I have a love/hate relationship with the fact that I’m doing more on my own and going out even if it’s by myself and really the thing that pushes me over the edge moss of the time is the thought of “my therapist will be so proud” 😂

Seeing everything happening in the US is upsetting and awful and I keep getting in these depressed and hopelessness mindsets. What are you all doing to combat this and to also combat what is happening in our country? I want to fight but I just don’t know what to do

@sethklowery.bsky.social and I are making our way through @dimension20.bsky.social’s fantasy high and we both have added “Hey Girlie!!” to our everyday vernacular. It’s bad lol and the dog always thinks it’s about him and gets excited
