Going to The Mattix 2 with a group that included a guy who had never seen The Matrix. He asked what he needed to know, and a guy said “Keanu Reeves plays The Matrix but they call him Neo for short.” As we were leaving, the guy yelled “So they were going INSIDE him!”
Raising the always fun question: What are your most memorable theater-going experiences?
Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

What drives me nuts about that whole religious essay thing is that they could have found an academic source for every single stupid point she made. It was a justifiably failed grade! You can find an acceptable source to say literally anything!

If your AEW fandom stops you from being able to at least golf clap for TNA and acknowledge that a significant TV deal for a pro wrestling brand in 2025 is a good thing for the business as a whole, you might might need to hand over your no tribalism club membership card. Kinda cringey, honestly.

What I like about AEW is that nothing they do makes me mad. I don’t always agree, but at worst the thing is fine. WWE would have had QT Marshall beat Hangman after pretending he was a main eventer out of nowhere two weeks ago.
