watching gastronauts on dropout and i’m less surprised about how many filipino chefs have been on the show (considering the location) but more about how they’re making stuff that are inspired by dishes that aren’t as “mainstream” as lumpia or pancit. we have so much more delicious food!!!!

anyway i feel very lucky to have experienced galaxy’s edge when it opened, rise of resistance wasn’t operational yet but the land was fresh, the cast members were so responsive and chatted with us a lot, it was 2019 and pre-tros and i was with good friends and i still had so much life and hope in me
