Honestly I'm shocked the Dow has *only* lost 3% so far today. Then again, Tesla was up yesterday after sales plummeted, so what do I know?

I think there’s a legitimate debate to be had about how much education policy should be framed in Washington. But that’s not what’s going on here, and we shouldn’t let them pretend like it is. What’s going on is a corrupt dismantling of the government in defiance of Congress.
Kaine: "You can talk about sending education back to the states. Yeah, that's where we were before Brown v. Board of Education. The states got to decide, and the states made a hell of a lot of decisions that were really awful."

It still blows my mind how good the plutocracy and corporate media are at pitting us against each other so they can hoard even greater wealth. And we keep falling for it. Most of us should be united to ensure the wealthy pay their fair share; it's the clearest way to help our neighbors and allies.
