Hurricanes are often seen as destructive forces, but for wetlands, they can provide essential sediment and nutrients, helping vertical growth. A study modeled Hurricane Gustav (2008) near Terrebonne Bay, LA, to explore how storm factors impact sediment transfer. Read it here: lnkd.in/gkjca6eW
