- ED / urgent care waiting rooms are always aircon’d. Explain you have a chronic condition and need to escape the heat. Be polite and they’ll likely let you stay

Lovely! Wasn’t very warm where I was. On the cool side but lovely out on the balcony when the sun came out. I spent the day at my girlfriend and partner’s place with her family for lunch, drinks & didn’t get home until 5:00 am. Needless to say I’ve spent all of today being a lazy bum and not moving

Lovely! Wasn’t very warm where I was. On the cool side but lovely out on the balcony when the sun came out. I spent the day at my girlfriend and partner’s place with her family for lunch, drinks & didn’t get home until 5:00 am. Needless to say I’ve spent all of today being a lazy bum and not moving
