- if you dress nicely you can sit in fancy hotel lobbies and say you’re waiting for a friend. The second time security approaches just say they ghosted, leave and walk two doors down to the next fancy hotel lobby

- Council lobbies. If anyone asks why you’re there, say you’re a resident and don’t have access to aircon
- ED / urgent care waiting rooms are always aircon’d. Explain you have a chronic condition and need to escape the heat. Be polite and they’ll likely let you stay
