It's wild that COD is asking $24 USD for some of their DLC bundles on the Black Ops 7 store.

Evil but funny idea: acquire a bunch of convincing reproduction shells and labels for the real Mario golf 64, but the boards inside contain the rom hack. Flood your local market with these copies (stores, fb marketplace, tag sales, etc)
I was looking in to ROM hacks for Mario Golf 64 and I found that someone modded Super Mario 64 in to a game where Mario is a human golf ball.
So they made Mario Golf 64, just not the way you're probably thinking.
