Power at my place went out, but only for 2nd floor outlets. So lights and HVAC are fine, but Internet is out.
Suuuper cool. Good thing I didn't have any important convos that needed to happen today.

I took my ADD meds for the first time in a week (was on PTO), and man, my body was NOT ready. I started heavily sweating in the middle of a coffee shop like I was up to no good.
Not unexpected though. Meds increase my heart rate (doc knows), and I'm sure it's just readjusting how my body reacts.

I think my anxiety over domestic and world events has started to physically affect me. I only got four hours of real sleep last night, despite being in bed with eyes closed the whole time. I'm gonna lock out the news feed on BlueSky and stop scrolling on Insta.

Got my COVID booster on Friday. Sat was pretty miserable, but not as bad as previous years. I took DayQuil/NyQuil for most of the day (via recommended doses) and that helped significantly with the fever.
Next time though, I'm not going to get the shot on the side I normally sleep on.

I already know the story all the way up to the start of the Wano arc, but it’s been a long time since I read that, that I wanted to start from the beginning. Lots more to go!

And with that, I've finally finished Ori and the Blind Forest. Next on the list is finishing up Ghost of Yushima, and then moving on to GoW: Ragnarok.

Thought: people who defend those that don't need defending (ie. billionaires, corporations, authoritarians) are participating in what I'll call from now on as "ball gargling".

If you got a message in your Google Chrome that Ublock Origin is no longer supported - don't fall for it. Go to the manage extensions page and just turn it back on. It's still supported. They just turned it off and hoped you'd fall for the wording and uninstall without a fight.
