Honestly, I was surprised to see so many sports teams post Pride posts over the last two days. I assumed with the cover of this political environment & this administration that many would opt out. I'm excited to see how the teams support the community outside of that first post this month & beyond.

A reminder: Sports were never the real issue - sports have always been an entry point, but not the end game. Sports are simply a way to get a foot in the door & normalize the othering of transgender people.
