Watching this new batch of Stranger Things episodes because god forbid they just release the rest of them in one go or anything and for crying out loud stop stretching everything out over 3 days an episode and get on with it. (old man in scene 24 yells)

As one so often does, one is drawn to wonder what Shostakovich made of The Goodies - did he find Kitten Kong, ironically, to be a capitalist running dog? Or that Tim's Union Jack Waistcoat was a symbol of western imperialist decadence? Or did he just enjoy it over a coke and big mac?

Just watched a pair of Wallace and Gromits and frankly the model railway chase at the end of The Wrong Trousers might be one of the acmes of Western civlisation. So there.

I was given a tin of Taylor's Imperial Gunpowder Tea as part of my Ianmas haul yesterday and have made myself a pot thereof, and even with milk, it's fine, like black tea but muddier?

Right, watching the official Rocky Horror documentary on NowTV for compare and contrast - so far Richard O; Brien and Chrissy Shrimpton as talking heads so I doubt it'll have the rougher/rawer edges of its unofficial counterpart but interesting nonetheless.
