It's like taking a leaky bucket to Niagara Falls, and hoping to catch all the water. I'm going to go listen to holiday music

Using the new #Visible armband and trying to track my pace points. I'm almost constantly in Over Exertion. I need to learn to pace myself better! I didn't realize how much I was exerting myself.
