Maddi here! I’ve decided to switch from patches to injections for my HRT. I don’t like needles, but the patches haven’t been sticking well and the rashes got worse—even with rotation.
Starting Monday. My wife will help with the injections. I’m nervous, but setting fear aside my transition matters.

Sometimes the scale doesn’t tell the whole story, and that’s okay—because progress shows up in powerful ways! I can get in the truck easily, drive again, bend down and tie my shoes, walk further without stopping, and I don’t need the scooter to go outside anymore.
