Love tech stuff
Perpetually juvenile <smile>

Also Transformers and LEGO and stuff
Pinned
The Titan Scorpanok
This was a huge surprise from a friend. He’s big, he’s bright, and his antennas are super pointy. I love him.

Not my favorite Prime. I still think Earthrise Prime fits that particular bill. This guy is a little too boxy, a little too fiddley. His smokestacks are super loose, and some of his parts require special care. He’s okay. Perhaps a C+.

I was so pleased they fixed and rereleased this guy. I always loved this character. Never hurt to have had a Transformers nerd.

I still love my Japanese Combiner Wars Devistator, but I’m surprised how much I’ve enjoyed how well made this version is. It mostly feels sturdy (except the feet), and it interlocks so neatly. He ends up feeling like a fully intact figure.

I’m attempting to learn macro photography. This is a close as I’ve gotten thus far. He’s such a tiny Grimlock… simple but easy way to start.

I love how this is the most Megatronie Megatron that actually transforms. I am not a fan of his alt-mode, but I’m satisfied to keep him in this format.

I’ve been on a Blokees kick lately. What can I say? They’re colorful, bendable, and fun to build. I have to admit, I wasn’t too keen on the proportions of this Optimus Prime, but it grew on me. He’s now the leader of all of the waves of Blokees Transformers in this house. Glad to have him 😊

Cutie bots!

I can’t get over how much I love these little guys. The size and molestability are top notch. My friend suggested they should bring back Battle Beasts in this format. How killer would that be?!

Hmm... want!

It's tough though. You get to a point where it's like, do I really have room for another collection – even though they are tiny. I've already been making space for two new waves of Blokees. Where would these go?

First world problems... 🤔
You're welcome. They've gotten a little pricey these days but there are still some affordable sets out there (some multipacks on ebay) and while they don't have rubsigns, they do have dice and built in dice launchers so the game idea is still present.

Battle Beasts Series Three 8-pack! A handy way to bolster your Battle Beast army for a good price (well, good back in the 80s, not so much now!). The inner card is sealed which is nice though it does mean that the leaflet is stuck in that annoying postion. The mural on the back is STUNNING

It has been more than a minute since I attempted to draw anything. These were done in Procreate. They’re probably not finished yet, but this is what I’ve toyed with so far.

I’ve posted these guys before, but I just love their sculpts.

This is off topic for me, but my friend Chad let me take pictures of a few of his map turtles. They are: Root, Twig, and Berry. These guys are tiny. Smallest of the turtles he has, but SO much braver than the larger ones. Often surprises me how adorable they are :-)

I was given some Blokees for the holidays and found them to be fairly irresistible. I kind of love them. True, they don’t Transform, but they are SO fun to manipulate.

Sometimes actual Transformers can feel like delicate sculptures. These are just pure toy fun. ☺️

If anyone needed any proof that I'm old, zoom in to the price tag on RID Optimus Prime. Back in my day people didn't need to spend hundreds of dollars for an arguably lesser version of these toys. Two relatively huge RID's were $14.98 a piece.

(I'm 49 BTW).

I've had this reproduction of what was (in America) Power Master Optimus Prime for over two decades. This figure represents a significant birthday present I received when I was a child. Not the best of times, but one of my fondest memories. No wonder this version has special poignance for me.
