It doesn't actually matter who the manager is at this point. We tried front foot football last season, this season more defensive... The common denominator is that our squad is way off the top teams. It makes no difference who's in charge, we've tried it all, we need a competitive squad

Some people are asking why we didn't start Sarr, or Berg, or Tel. Didn't all players just come back from a knock. I think Johnson also should have played instead of Kudus. I understand it is a NLD, but IMO there are much bigger matches to come and we need a fit squad.

I'd be prioritising finding a Director of Football whose ethos fits the club. We have some decent players but it is all so scattergun and we are loaded with some profiles and completely missing others. We need to decide how we are going to play and sign managers and players who fit that
