Really disappointed to hear the other mayoral candidates can’t recognize that the Green Line pricetag is the cheapest it’ll ever be. The result is a high-capacity, quality mode of transit with lower operating costs in the city’s dense southern core, with legitimate dev momentum on the north side.

Just saw The Brutalist—very glad to say that it depicts the core themes embodied by the architectural movement really well. I doubt it’ll make people like brutalist buildings more so than before, but at least they understand where the movement comes from—emotionally traumatized war torn Europe
