What I loved about posts from read.cv was that it was a niche community for designers, developers and all sorts of creatives, it wasn’t a political firehose. I miss it so much.

I got laid off today. They sent me a termination agreement to sign digitally. The app to do so was pretty nice.
I couldn't resist peeking into the source... Turns out it was using React-PDF, which I’ve been maintaining since 2017. 🥲
Open source sure brings some unexpected moments.

I’m glad I invested time in creating a system of UI component primitives—like Box, Flex, Button, and Fields. This makes composing and prototyping in code easier. #buildInPublic #indiehacker #React

sitting in a waiting room this morning while my partner had a 6 hour long cancer removal surgery when I saw the news that the insurance CEO was shot. Im paying out of pocket because the best alternative for us is partial coverage @ 1000 a month with a 15000 deductible. Anyway heres a unrelated comic
