Got a very frustrating email from The Rook and the Raven about an order I placed TWO YEARS AGO and never received. By the time I realized it was a scam, my company's chargeback policy had expired but here they come begging for more money and whining about people wanting refunds.

Remember when search results were good? Looked up exact lyrics to a song, got results for a more popular song that contained NONE of the same phrases. Thought I hallucinated the song until I found it in my library again.

Look, I know that kinesio tape is a placebo effect on joint pain, but I'll be damned if it isn't helpful as a hyperextension/posture aid.
I finally caved and retaped my elbow and surprise, surprise, having a reminder not to move in the way that will hurt... means it hurts less. Shocking, I know.
