Drop an alien that’s not from Star Wars or Star Trek:
(For the uninitiated of my favorite ‘technically correct’ facts is that #Pathfinder elves are canonically aliens—and that that lore significantly predates the existence of #Starfinder)

I don't think I was sufficiently forewarned that if you write a book they make you read it over and over looking for your every flaw, error and mistake 😂

I wonder what brings people to consistently post. Like casual accounts that aren’t pursuing getting a following.

I love paying human artists and I hate gen AI 🩵

I'm not here to fight about whether or not AI is ethical (I've made my decision and I doubt I'm gonna change yours.) I'm just here to talk about what I and many other artists have been dealing with as we adjust to a new media landscape.

I was doing a bit of browsing on YouTube and came across a channel that plays a lot of 80's and 90's games, looking through their PC-98 catalogue. I'm really starting to get the itch to play a game again.

I got a chunk of micro-ttrpgs and journaling games on Itch.io, I'm going to be sorting through the ones that catch my eye and seeing what I might play soon. It's been a while since I sat down at a table and did anything interesting.

I find myself thinking about looking into Sword World more and more often. It's impressive how it retains the feel classic fantasy and early D&D, with a strong culture around replays that is captivating. Plenty of stories shared, like the iconic Record of Lodoss War.

Controversial opinion: There's no wrong way to play a TTRPG.

None.

Record of Lodoss War : I can not believe that it has taken me this long to watch this. It is as classic as a BECMI D&D fantasy as it gets. I love it on every possible level.

This is a TTRPG that I was considering backing on kickstarter, but the expected shipping time conflicted with me moving aboard. Looking forward to the digital releases though.

I'm probably going to go into tabletop games and legacy software. Two interests I have, rather different but have just a bit of intersection.
I'm not sure what kind of content I want to follow and post on here, but I think I am ready to get back into social media again.
