And this is really nothing new. This country fattens the pockets of the rich while our education system continues to desiccate. Throw some weaponry budget into education. This nation confounds and enrages.

Collateral is such a great movie. An amazing pair of performances, slick cinematography, amazing pace with moments that let the movie breathe. I saw this first when I was 13, release year, and damn does it hold up today.

I really WANT to like anime but I find the writing lacking nearly every time I try to watch one. The art and animation is so good in a lot of anime. Miyazaki brings the heat both in animation and writing.

Superman was fine. I probably am too burnt out on the trope of a super hero to have even warranted seeing the movie. But I had time and wanted to get out of the house. Superheroes ought to the way of the dodo.

This disparity between the meat of Seinfeld and the Jerry stand-up bits is astounding. Dialogue with its own rhythm and lexicon followed by just plain ole cornball comedy.

Cannot wait until Static Dress drops their next album. They touch my millennial roots of mid-to-late 2000s emo and post hardcore. The production is stellar. Rouge Carpet Disaster was a well balanced album of metal explosions, and beautiful clean stuff. Drummer rules.

Cannot wait until Static Dress drops their next album. They touch my millennial roots of mid-to-late 2000s emo and post hardcore. The production is stellar. Rouge Carpet Disaster was a well balanced album of metal explosions, and beautiful clean stuff. Drummer rules.

Every cop thing I ever saw has this scene.
The negative visceral reaction some have with horror movies is how I feel about most true crime content.
There is a layer of craftsmanship behind horror films, in the script, camera work, etc. It lives in the language of cinema.
True crime is just a pool of misery.
