And about a month later they let me go. No reason. No "3 strikes you're out" just..."its not looking good and you gotta go". That is probably one of the last times I will EVER support, advocate for, or work for a fully black owned company unless I KNOW and am good friends with the owner(s).
What I love about this company that I'm semi-contracted through is that it's black owned and operated and they want me to stay so bad, they're willing to create a position for me. I feel like this is going to be lucrative for me this year and I'm excited about it 😊
