EUKARYOME v2.0 reference database now available. A major release including >300,000 new eDNA reads with metadata, quality-screened ROD (meta)genome DB, and updated fungal higher-level taxonomy (following the Mycokeys paper).

Fungal phylum-level classification update now available! Used "innovative taxonomy" to describe >100 taxa, from species to phylum, based on long reads, characteristic nucleotides and env-samples.
