A reminder that these strikes are almost certainly illegal under both U.S. and international law.
The U.S. military has carried out strikes every 3 or 4 days since the new head of the Southern Command, Gen. Francis L. Donovan, took over last month after the previous leader, Adm. Alvin Holsey, abruptly retired. Holsey had expressed concerns about the strikes. www.nytimes.com/2026/02/17/u...
