This proposal was sent back to committee tonight, so expect some changes.

Councilors discussed the billboard industry coming with nine demands, six of which the city has met, and fears this decision could be made by state lawmakers during the 2025 session.
What I’m reading this morning: Billboard news for #Indianapolis.

A City-County Council committee passed a provision to give companies more leeway to reposition their billboards.
