This season Abbotsford Canucks have won the AHL Calder Cup and Trois-Rivieres Lions (Habs) have won the ECHL Kelly Cup. This is first time ever that 2 Canadian teams have won these championships in same season. Lions are 2nd Cdn team to ever win Kelly Cup & Canucks are 10th Cdn team to win Calder.
