I have not discovered a remedy for my nightly coughing fits. I'll be glad once I'm off these fucking things.
I’ve discovered that Irish spring bar soap is the only thing that can stop my nausea (🫀 meds). So there’s a bar of the soap in my bag, my car, my desk, by my bed, etc etc etc
