I see Molson Coors is offering us Caffreys Black Stout. 3. 4% of course. We shall see, but I have my doubts about it's quality.

Mixed bag in Manchester yesterday. Beer of the day was Fullers/Thorn bridge ESB Beermoth. Brewed in the Burton Union set, this was lush in every way. Close second in terms of presentation and taste was Adams Ghost Ship, but the overall complexity of the ESB swung it for them.

Collingwood/ Abbotsford area. Stomping Ground, Bodriggy and one other I can't recall. Easy train ride from Flinders St station. Both fab places and East to find. A beer beforehand at Prince"s Bridge hotel by the station is well recommended.

Questioning it? What do you mean by that? Not that I am bound to explain, but since you ask so nicely, it is because the landlady of my local is nominated, as is a friend in another category and I wasn't aware of this at all.
