I can't speak on recent FF music, cause the newest game I played was FF3's Pixel Remaster; before that I last played the lasr true turn-based (ATB) FF with FF Dimensions (2012). I think he didn't compose for that either, but it sounds very much like an old-school FF game =).

Guessing it'll be like what's gone on with Toriyama and Dragon Ball and Dragon Quest. Protegee and/or close enough imitations of the iconic styles. I wondered the same when it comes to the composers, cause it's one thing to imitate styles, but coming up with new melodies and such is harder.

This rendering style is awesome; really does give that Ken Sugimori water colour vibe. I honestly wish the games went in this art direction, instead of the generic anime look they've got going on now XD

It definitely helps I say. In fact, Ace Attorney is probably one of the best guiding lights on how to maximize life with limited animation. Strong posing to showcase the personalities, animating the important spots of the large sprites, and even animation speed adjustments of the same animations~

Great and positive vid <3. Honestly, it's the main reason I draw toons, to both connect with others and to try and add just that bit more positive vibes to someones day. Something cute, wholesome or funny could be just what someone needed after a rough day. Never stop sharin' <3.
