Okay so maybe it boils down to the tech used to create the ecodomes?
What I dont get about the Wastelanders questline is that the Ecodomes were (to my understanding) intended to restore the planet. So these guys wanted to get revenge on the destruction of their planet by....killing the people who were trying to restore the planet
