Always remember Elon Musk’s lies from April 2019.

1. All FSD Teslas are appreciating assets! NPV ~$200k(!).

2. FSD 🚗 can make their owners ~$30k per year (robotaxi rentals to others)

3. Millions of Tesla robotaxis on the road by 2020 “FOR SURE”.

Lies, damn lies and Tesla $TSLA presentations
Another well-deserved prize for Donald (shamelessly stolen from that other site). #magamorons

I wrote this in 2023 during the Biden administration and before Musk had gone fully mask off (tho real heads always knew)

Can't tell you the number of liberals who scolded me in that annoyingly obtuse YIMBY manner that it was worth it for rockets and science. This was always inevitable

Two hard choices coming up for Tesla in 2026+:

- Discontinue the CT
- Close parts of Giga Berlin (probably incl. major layoffs)

But doing so would be admitting failure, hurting the meme stonk narrative (“never bet against Elon”).

So burning through a few more billion USD first?

Winning comment:

“10 billion miles is too much of a round number to be anything other than an arbitrary number picked out of thin air. Elon knows it's not ready, doesn't want to accept liability for its mistakes which might kill people, and is kicking the can down the road…”

Two articles from @theverge.com today that should crush Tesla.
1. Boston Dynamic putting Optimus to shame
2. Nvidia’s push into self driving cars.

Add in Tesla’s shrinking sales and it should be a <$50 stock.

The former lies of “virtually unlimited growth” at Tesla (30%-50% per year, until the end of the decade) have come to a screeching halt.

CEO Elon Musk repeatedly boasted about these revenue projections for years.

This is one giant house of cards.

$ASTS. Broadband from space…

Early Christmas present thanks to a successful launch of AST’s first large (BB6) satellite.

Now they need to keep up the mfg and launch cadence in 2026+ for all the remaining BB launches.

My personal estimate remains ~H2 2028 for their full (!) global constellation.
So far so good on the $ASTS! Awaiting final separation shortly! Congrats to @r-isro.bsky.social for a successful launch! 🚀

He's scared. Tesla sales are tanking, California is about to rule that "Full Self-Driving" is false advertising, Starship keeps blowing up, SpaceX loses too much money to IPO, and XAI is burning $10 billion/year for the 4th place chatbot.

It's over, he knows it, and only corruption can save him.
