i'm mostly big on VR and nintendo stuff, and i like lots of indie games too

update on the tv situation
it has now:
- factory reset from holding down the power button, nice to know it does that only after trying
and
- removed all apps except the live tv app, needed to restart
what is up with this tv

parents bought a 500€ philips tv, less than an hour after setting it up, already having problems.
first: the app store for it does not even have the one thing my parents pay a subscription for..
second: it CRASHED TWICE
WHILE TRYING TO UPDATE!
i am not buying a philips tv if i ever buy a tv.

been playing batman: arkham shadow, and the fact that your fingers collide with other objects is so awesome, and those include your other fingers (video below)!
this means no fingers phasing through fingers/walls (for the most part, some collisions are a little wack) in this game!

I built a portable Xbox.
This isn't a PC handheld, it isn't emulation, this is a real motherboard from a real Xbox. It has a 9” 480p display, pure digital video/audio, 100W USB C charge and play, and I'm currently adding WiFi 6 for wireless Xbox Live functionality.
