As a person who has been violently handled by cops in my past, I can assure you all those people being brutalized by ICE are traumatized. I can barely watch the videos of ICE brutality because my PTSD is so bad, seeing those people and knowing what it feels like to be in their position (physically).

The Mormon Church here recently put up a giant fence around the entire property (including driveways). I wonder if that's because of the church attack in Michigan. I'm going to ask my Mom if her church did this too.

I know someone in the USA who "doesn't follow politics because it's bad for her mental health". Well now she's lost her SNAP benefits, her health insurance is going up drastically, and her same sex marriage might be overturned. I wonder how ignoring politics is working for her now.
