It's called an 'Administrative Warrant', and it DOES NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO RAID YOUR HOME. It's a warrant they sign for themselves, it never sees a Judge.

So, the way this works is they can now sign their own warrants, as I'm hearing it explained to me by someone more legally in-the-know. Remember that you have a right to say NOTHING if ICE comes to your home. Give them no reason- don't answer questions- they can warp into cause.

Being trans meant when I was younger I would wake up every morning and feel like an imposter in my own body and cry myself too sleep. When I transitioned at 16 I finally started too feel whole. It was a long road with HRT and surgeries, but 28yrs later I've lived my best life 🏳️⚧️
