First mini of 2025 done!
Having just taken dad to see Gladiator 2, I wonder if it's a thing to just shit on sequels? For me, it was a perfectly enjoyable film. I had zero expectation it would match the original. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the scene with 'the head', and some borderline OTT call backs.

Who else is absolutely shit at balancing their hobbies? So I've got back into console gaming, specifically Black Ops 6, and the painting has been unceremoniously dumped. Like, not even an hour here or there 😂 I max out at two, so it's gym and PlayStation now!

With the Nemesis Claw Kill Team getting a 40K datasheets, can we hope/expect others? Would love to see the Hand of the Archon one especially, considering the loss of the Trueborn upgrade. It'll be interesting to see the dynamics of this. #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k

Next in my level up series is the Dark Apostle. This mini is routinely used in my CSM lists. I'd really updated the OSL and fire effects, but also, work on things like skin tone and the accuracy of my black highlights. The Dark Disciples were also great to work on. #warhammercommunity

I'd not played 40K for about 20 years. I'd returned back to the hobby in 2018, with AoS, then Kill Team. I fancied trying the Black Legion scheme, to really push my painting, and I think this is my first real 'level up' mini, in terms of painting quality. What's yours? #WarhammerCommunity

The 3D printed retro #Necromunda terrain is coming together... Just got to add a bunch of gribbly bits, rivets and side panels to give it a bit more detail.
